- Manufacturing Time: Orders may take 7-10 business days to manufacture. This time frame begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct. Contact us immediately at orders@foamcore.ca if any changes are needed.
Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Carrier Services: We use multiple carrier services to deliver your orders, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The selection of the carrier service is based on the size of the order and the destination.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any additional customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We are not responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving issues with the carrier.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
